Tan Well has taken up multiple projects that involves A&A and Renovation works to existing buildings. From these past projects, the company was able to acquire more knowledge in building construction compliance laws, and in 2014, Tan Well took a leap of faith and was main-contractor in building a 3 storey terrace house.
